October 2017 Astrophotography Contest

Forum rules
Your Choice, OPEN TARGET! Limited to ONE Entry Per Month, choose wisely grasshopper! YOU must take the photo with YOUR own equipment (No Telescope Rentals).

Each month a winning photo will be voted by registered users.
The winner of each month will be displayed on the front page of myastroimages.com for one month.
Winner's photo will be automatically entered in the "Wall of Fame" Coffee Mug Contest. (See viewforum.php?f=16)

Images must not exceed 800 Pixels wide when posted in the forums. Links are allowed off site to larger images.

Contest Starts on the 1st of each month, and ends on the last day of the month.

Okay now that the eclipse is over I'll try my hand at this. Here is my NGC 7822 shot with my ED 102 and Astrodon I believe it was 15x1200 each filter

I'll throw mine in this month. Target I wanted to get for awhile now. Helix Nebula NGC 7293. Can't decide which of the two different processings I should use for the contest. Oh well, going with the closer up instead of the widefield.
