1st 30min subs

At he end of last night I decided to try my first 30min exposures. So I picked a spot that I could get 5 hrs on and took 10 -1800s subs in HA. I was able to stack 8 to see how it went. No calibration subs. I noticed a little vignetting iwth the time that I didnt see with 1200s so calibration files will be needed i future.

In the just above center of the pic the small dull star is NGC3842 with NGC3841 just to the left of it and PGC36466 the faint eliptical above it and NGC3844 the smaller eliptical to the left. There are another dozen or so NGC's around.

Not the best picture but a good test for 30min exposures. I am happy with the star shapes.

Do you think the star shapes are ok?

Hard to tell with the smaller image, but, it looks ok.
