I woke up a 1am, clear skies. I thought at sewed to ngc7822, 10 minute exposure, and nothing. Then I was playing around and the mount locked.
Said fuck it and put my hc back on...

Re: AstroTortilla Setup
I'll need to research a little more...Messing around with AT I finally figured out how to LOAD a previous image and solve it. Now with that knowledge, I should be able to get some of my more recent subs and plate solve those.
BTW, AT isn't that intuitive, but, you already know that. I guess once you find your "magic" settings then it's all worth it. My last outing wasn't good because I didn't have clear skies. But, I learned a lot about AT.

Re: AstroTortilla Setup
Yeah sorry I forgot to point that out. Using an image is a great way to get started rather than the trial and error approach in the field.
You'll get it keep at it because once its done and you're used to it you will look back and wonder why you never did it sooner. I had the same issues when I first tried using it. Almost gave up but then one night it worked and I went WOW I got it!!
