St Patric's day

Post by gardenfish » Sat Mar 17, 2018 6:10 am

Going home from work this morning in a couple of hours and working on the roof. I have homemade corned beef from Brisket ready to go. I will smoke 3 of them in the smoker. 2 of them will be covered in Pastrami rub :jumphappy:

1 just regular for dinner tonight!

Happy St. Pats day :clearsky:

That sounds awesome. What’s in the pastrami rub and do you spoke it differently? I love pastrami!!

Here you go Mike. I do everything except steaming. I smoke them then slice on my slicer and vacuum seal and freeze. When I heat for eating I put in a frying pan add a little water or juice from the cook and steam that way just to heat for an awesome pastrami sand!!!

Thanks Rick, I'm going to have to give it a go once these Nor'easters finish passing through.
