HELP!!!!!!!

Can someone please give me a hand? I bought a Stellarvue 130 EDT from CN and it's about 3 or 4 years old. It's got a Feather Touch Focuser on it and I cannot get a straight answer on what reducer/flattener to use from Stellarvue.

here is their last email from yesterday

Sean,
Unfortunately our large .72 reducer will not work with that telescope as it requires too much inward focal distance.
Thanks
Alex
Stellarvu

How about "But you could always use this XYZ Brand if you like"

They just left me hanging with no plan. Sorry Sean your outta luck!!

This makes no sense at all. There has got to be a reducer/flattener out there that will work with this scope. Give me a break, it's only a few years old.

I have 3 reducers in hand now. I have the Stellarvue SFFR .08x APO, the Williams Optics Flat 6, and I have that big 3-inch one made by Explore Scientific for my ED127.

Do any of you think I could use any one of those? If not can someone please recommend one that I could use with it?

Im shooting with a QSI 690 & 683.

Ill post photos of it when I get home so you can see it.

Thank Eveyone

Re: HELP!!!!!!!

I guess you and I are the only ones here. I'm going to my site. I'm launching a campaign to drive traffic

I posted my first photos from my RC8 ever after months of work to get it up and running and not one person commented on my shots. This really upsets me. This place was thriving a year ago. I'm so sad to see it so dead now

Re: HELP!!!!!!!

I can't add anything but the only images I've seen taken with the SV130 they used the SFFR 130 which I know nothing about.

Re: HELP!!!!!!!

Yeah my internal dumb ass came out on this one. I was under the impression that I had to reduce it and I don't. I'm gonna leave it at F7 and just put a flattener in place
